Kuwait: Man arrested for molesting Canadian woman

Dubai: Security forces in Kuwaiti have arrested a suspect who escaped after ‘molesting’ a young Canadian woman while she was jogging along the Arabian Gulf Road coast, Al Anba daily reported.

A few days ago, Al Anba reported the incident but said the suspect escaped after committing the blatant act using his friend’s car. Upon being interrogated, the suspect admitted to the charge and said he could not resist doing it, but said he was sorry it happened.

The offender’s friend said he has nothing to do with the incident, saying he had warned his friend not to do it but he did not listen. The suspect has been referred to the public prosecution.
