Kuwait City: Kuwait’s fourth phase of a five phase plan to return to normality will begin on Tuesday August 18, Tareq Al Mezrem, the governmental spokesman, announced on Twitter.

The announcement was made by Al Mezrem after an exclusive cabinet of ministers meeting on Thursday.

Al Merzam also pointed out that some sectors that were listed in phase five will be allowed to operate during the fourth phase. Those are gyms, health clubs, beauty salons, barbers and tailors.

As for the partial curfew from 9pm to 3am, Al Mezrem said that the cabinet of ministers will review the decision next Thursday.

The Kuwaiti government introduced a five-stage plan, on May 26, as a way to ease the country back to normal life.
