Cairo: Kuwait today confirmed 675 new cases of the coronavirus over the past 24 hours, an increase of 32 cases against the tally reported the day before, taking the country’s overall infections to 78,145.
The Health Ministry also announced two new deaths from COVID-19, bringing Kuwait’s total such fatalities to 507.

Kuwait’s total virus tests have climbed to 573,251 after 4,811 tests have been done over the past 24 hours, the ministry said.
The ministry also reported that 528 more patients have recovered from COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, bringing to 69,771 the overall number of recoveries from the disease in Kuwait.
In recent weeks, Kuwait has eased virus-related curbs.
