UAE leaders offer condolences on death of Saif Al Ghurair

Saif Al Ghurair was laid to rest in Dubai’s Qusais Cemetery on Tuesday



His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah; Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Juma Al Majid; Abdullah Ahmad Al Ghurair and Majid Saif Al Ghurair offered their condolences to the family of the late Saif Ahmad Al Ghurair.

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, offered their condolences to the family of the late Saif Ahmad Al Ghurair.

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, was present.

'Saif Ahmad Al Ghurair, Dubai’s devoted son'

“The UAE has paid a farewell to Saif Ahmad Al Ghurair, Dubai’s devoted son and one of its loyal men. He was an economist and a visionary man, who gave a lot to his country-he devoted his thoughts and effort. May Allah bestow mercy upon him and place him in Paradise,” Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, tweeted.

During his visit to the mourning Majlis in Al Khawaneej, Sheikh Mohammed expressed his sincere condolences to the deceased’s sons, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace and give his family patience and solace.

Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed tweets

“Our deepest condolences on the death of Saif Ahman Al Ghurair, one of the UAE’s most prominent businessmen who had a long journey of struggle, ambition and success…We pray to Allah Almighty to bestow mercy upon him and give his family patience and solace,” His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, tweeted.

'A life full of giving and achievements'

“After a life full of giving and excellent achievements in economy, the UAE paid a farewell to Saif Ahmad Al Ghurair. He was one of the most prominent businessmen. He was best known for his memorable stands and gave a lot to his country. We ask Allah Almighty to rest his soul in peace and grant his family patience and solace,” Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s Crown Prince, tweeted.
