Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority’s Systematic Approach To Training (T-SAT) is enhancing the readiness of emergency response teams at centres across Abu Dhabi, including unscheduled drills simulating major incidents, fire response, rescue operations and handling of hazardous materials.

Colonel Issa Abdullah Al Marzouqi, director of the Rescue and Fire Department at Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority, said that implementing the continuous training system enhances the capabilities of firefighters and the operational capabilities of civil defence centres.

“We are committed to ensuring the safety of our society and its gains through the continued development of our capabilities and improving our response to emergency situations,” he added.
