Dubai: A pregnant woman infected with coronavirus gave birth to healthy triplets at a hospital in Sakaka city in Al Jawf region, north-western Saudi Arabia, local media reported on Wednesday.
A highly qualified medical team consisting of specialists in obstetrics-gynaecology, anaesthesia and paediatrics performed a C-section on the woman at the Obstetrics, Women and Children hospital in Sakaka.

The new-born babies are in good health and have been tested negative for coronavirus. The mother is also in good health.
The health authorities said the hospital’s infection control team were present in the operation theatre.
