Mohammad Al Jassem' prison sentence slashed to three months

Manama: A Kuwaiti court of appeals on Wednesday slashed the prison sentence against Mohammad Al Jasem, a lawyer and columnist, from one year to three months.

Al Jasem was sentenced to prison in November after Shaikh Nasser Al Mohammad Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the prime minister, sued him for slandering him in an article, Nasser XVII.
