Dubai: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather forecast warning of soaring temperatures across the UAE, particularly in inland regions where mercury levels are expected to climb between 42°C and 46°C over the coming days.

Coastal areas and islands will also feel the heat, with daytime highs ranging from 38°C to 42°C, while mountainous regions will offer some relief, remaining relatively cooler at 35°C to 39°C.

The skies are expected to be fair to partly cloudy, especially toward the east. Winds will be light to moderate, blowing from the southwest to northwest at speeds of 10 to 25 km/h, occasionally reaching up to 35 km/h during the daytime.

Sea conditions are forecast to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea, posing minimal disruption to maritime activities.

Residents are advised to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and follow official safety guidelines during peak heat hours.
