Foreign Ministry, National Guard’s Search and Rescue team facilitate medical evacuation

Dubai: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the National Search and Rescue Centre of the National Guard, successfully evacuated an Emirati woman who had suffered severe injuries in a traffic accident in Oman.
Initially admitted to Ibri Hospital in the Sultanate of Oman, the woman was subsequently airlifted to the UAE with the assistance and cooperation of Omani authorities.
The National Guard’s search and rescue aircraft transported her back to the UAE, where she will continue her medical treatment.
