1. Roast sesame seeds for two minutes. Once it starts changing colour, turn off the heat.

2. Take a pan, add ghee, heat on low flame and then add grated jaggery.

3. Keep stirring the jaggery on high flame until it melts and bubbles start to appear.

4. Switch off the gas, add sesame seeds to the jaggery and mix well.

5. Spread the mix onto a foil and while it is still warm, cut into square cubes or any other shape you want to.
