Vincy Aloshious accuses Shine Tom Chacko of misbehaviour on set

Dubai: Malayalam actress Vincy Aloshious has publicly alleged that actor Shine Tom Chacko misbehaved with her on a film set while under the influence of drugs.

According to reports, Vincy has now submitted a complaint to the actor’s association, AMMA, against Shine Tom Chacko.

Earlier this week, the actress declared that she will no longer act alongside colleagues who use narcotics, citing a troubling experience involving a lead actor whose erratic behavior raised suspicions of substance abuse.

In a follow-up video posted on Instagram, Aloshious revealed disturbing details, claiming the actor had a white substance spill from his mouth during a rehearsal and made inappropriate comments about her costume in front of the crew.

“Maybe because of this decision, I might not get many opportunities in films going forward. But I want to say it openly,” she said, stressing that her personal dignity and a safe working environment are non-negotiable.

Her comments have reignited debate around drug use and professionalism in the Malayalam film industry, placing a renewed spotlight on accountability and workplace ethics.
