After clinging to the outside of the world’s tallest building on the 124th floor, this next phase of filming for Tom Cruise must have been a walk in the park.

The American swapped the real thing for a custom-built replica of part of the Burj Khalifa at the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).

Hanging upside down, scaling the windows from the outside and swinging from one side to another, Cruise seemed in good spirits as he filmed more scenes for Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol today in Dubai.

At least two costume changes saw him in the black he wore last week while shooting at the Burj Khalifa as well as a more unusual gold Lycra number and white shorts.

Huge fans on cranes kicked into action as the cameras rolled giving the illusion of Cruise battling with the elements at the highest parts of what is fast becoming Dubai’s most iconic building.
