Brittany Snow sued over car accident

Pitch Perfect actress Brittany Snow has been sued by a man named Jose Erazo Gomez for her involvement in a 2016 car crash.

Gomez claims that Snow rear-ended him and gave him a neck injury in July last year, according to court documents.

In the lawsuit, Gomez mentioned that Snow crashed into the back of his car at a high speed, leading to “catastrophic injuries,” including shock and injury to his nervous system and a disc tear in his neck.

Snow was driving at the time of the accident, however, Gomez is also suing her mother, Cindy.

Gomez is seeking unspecified damages.
