“Off 2 Bahrain for one day as Jury Member for ISA Award for Humanity [1 million US dollars] instituted by the King [sic],” she tweeted on Sunday.

The Isa Award for Service to Humanity endeavours to encourage humanitarian acts of future generations.

The award is given every two years to an individual or organisation selected by a committee of experts.

The laureate will be awarded a certificate of merit, a gold medal and a prize of $1 million (Dh3.67 million).
