Following a Q3 2025 net profit of Dh656 million, up 16% year-on-year, the airline has added 12 new routes and grown its fleet to 88 Airbus A320/A321 aircraft, with further deliveries expected by year-end.

Now Hiring: Pilots across Saudi Arabia UAE and Pakistan  

Air Arabia PJSC (Fly Jinnah – Pakistan) and Air Arabia DMM LLC – KSA are seeking experienced Captains and First Officers on fixed-term contracts. Opportunities are open to qualified Saudi nationals, GCC-based candidates, and Pakistan/UAE-based pilots.

Roles & Locations:

  • First Officer – Fly Jinnah, Karachi, Pakistan (15-month fixed-term)

  • Captain – Fly Jinnah, Karachi, Pakistan (15-month fixed-term)

  • A320 Captain – Dammam, KSA

  • A320 First Officer – Dammam, KSA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate scheduled flights safely and efficiently, prioritising passenger comfort

  • Lead and support flight and cabin crew; handle emergencies, safety, and security

  • Ensure compliance with operational manuals, airline policies, and aviation regulations

Experience and qualifications:

Captains: 4,000–5,000 flight hours (800+ PIC on A320 for KSA), ATPL, Class 1 medical, type rating

First Officers: 500–750 flight hours on A320, ATPL preferred, Class 1 medical, type rating

  • Safety, emergency response, and CRM training advantageous; low-cost airline experience preferred

  • English proficiency required; age limits: FO 50 / Captain 59 (KSA)

Contract and benefits – Fly Jinnah, Pakistan:

  • Training (3 months): FO ~ Dh12,853 / Captain ~ Dh 22,000 + per diem

  • Post-training (up to 60 block hours/month): FO ~ Dh 20,199 / Captain ~ Dh 33,800 + extra flying pay

  • Per diem: ~Dh 184/day; accommodation, ground transport, travel, uniforms, laundry included

  • Annual leave: 30 days/year, combined with rostered OFF days to ensure minimum 7 consecutive days/month
