Ingredients
1 mug or 250 ml of water
3/4 cup or 190 ml of fresh milk
4 tspn sugar
3 to 4 tspn tea leaves
3 cardamoms, lightly pounded
1 inch ginger pounded
METHOD
First boil the water well with cardamom and ginger.
Warm the milk separately. Add to the water with spices.
Add the sugar. Stir frequently.
Add tea leaves, boil for a minute. Strain and serve.
