A sweet recipe to counter diabetes

Ingredients
- 1 cup of mixed nuts
- 2 tbsp 100 per cent cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups of dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange blossom
- Coconut flakes for decoration
METHOD
1. Soak the dates in warm water. Drain and mix.
2. In a food processor, add mixed nuts and vanilla extract to grind into small pieces.
3. Add the dates until well combined.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
5. Roll the balls in coconut flakes.
