Amna Ilyas’ role of a lifetime in ‘Ready Steady No’

Riding high on the success of her latest film, 7 Din Mohabbat In, model-turned-actor Amna Ilyas is ready to storm the cinema screens with what is being described as ‘the role of a lifetime,’ in the funnily-titled Ready Steady No.
The film is said to be a slice-of-life comedy about a young couple from middle-class background who are desperate to get hitched, and how they run into one problematic situation after another in trying to make the marriage happen. First-time director Hisham Bin Munawwar recently shared a poster of the film which also features its leading man Faisal Saif, another debutant.
It may be mentioned here that Munawwar is a film graduate from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, and has earlier assisted Shoaib Mansoor on Bol (2011).
Ready Steady No is going to be a Hum Films presentation.
