Abu Dhabi: Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk police have arrested two citizens who were allegedly involved in a home robbery, police said.

Spokesperson Colonel Khaled Al Ghabban said the district police arrested two citizens in their 40s after they were reportedly involved in robbing 134,000 riyals from a house in the region, located along the north-west coast of the country, facing Egypt across the Red Sea.

The police seized the stolen money, Colonel Al Ghabban said.

He pointed out that the two men were taken into custody, in preparation for their referral to the Public Prosecution for further investigation and trial.
