Dubai: The Saudi Food and Drug Authority, in cooperation with relevant authorities at the Ministry of Interior, seized 74,000 illegal veterinary products.

The authority also closed two warehouses and a factory in the Eastern Region involved in trading in illegal products with an unknown source.

The seized products included 54,173 packages of veterinary preparations in an unlicensed warehouse, 6,032 ready-made veterinary products, 50,000 empty packages in an unlicensed factory, 1,777 veterinary products in another unlicensed warehouse, and 12,037 packages of veterinary preparations in three residential apartments in Dammam and Jubail.
