Muscat: The Indian embassy in Oman has shared news about flights to India under the Vande Bharat Mission (VBM), Phase 7. As per the schedule, information about Air India Express flights to various Indian destinations till 17 October has been given, along with a link that can be accessed by passengers to register their names and details. While most of the flights are from Muscat, there are a few flights from Salalah as well to Indian cities.
The schedule lists flights from Muscat to Delhi on October 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 15 and 17. Flights on 3, 10 and 17 October to Delhi will fly to Lucknow as well. Muscat - Mumbai flights are on October 2, 7, 9, 14 and 16 with a flight on 8 October flying from Salalah to Kannur and Mumbai as a single flight, carrying passengers bound for both Kannur as well as for Mumbai.

Flights from Salalah to Kannur and Kochi are on October 1 and 15, from Salalah to Calicut and Trivandrum on October 3 and 10, from Muscat to Vijawada/Hyderabad operated on a single flights, on October 4 and 8 and from Muscat to Tiruchirapally on October 7 and 14.
Changes if any on these flights will be announced subsequently by the Indian Embassy. As done with previous VBM flights, the passenger lists for all the above mentioned flights will be finalised by the Embassy on the basis of information received by it. The passengers will have to pay for air tickets and institutional quarantine. The cost of institutional quarantine and other details will be provided by the State Government after landing. The note from the Indian Embassy reads that Air India will directly contact the passengers wishing to travel and have registered through the link provided, through email/phone.
The note also informs that in case of low subscription, flights may be canceled/rescheduled.
