Dubai: A Kuwaiti tourist in Saudi Arabia has racked up SR39,000 riyals in traffic fines in two days for violating traffic rules in the Kingdom, local media reported.

He was caught speeding in his car several times by radar on the streets of Saudi capital Riyadh.

He shared a video showing the traffic fines he got saying he would not want to pay but there was no other choice, putting the blame on the neighbour country instead of blaming himself for violating traffic rules in the Kingdom.
