Infographic: China overtakes EU student applications to UK after Brexit
UK’s controversial exit from the EU, known as Brexit, has a new casualty – EU students

According to Britain’s university admissions service UCAS, 2021 applications from EU students have dropped by 43% to 28,490 since the UK’s protracted departure from the EU was completed on December 31, 2020. This compares to a rise in applications from China, to 28,490, putting them just ahead of EU applicants.
