Max’s Restaurant was established by Maximo Gimenez and his niece Ruby in 1945 in Quezon City, Manila. From humble beginnings with a little small-town café in the mid 1940’s to over 200 restaurants around the world today, Max’s Restaurant has touched the heart of millions of Filipinos around the world with its delicious home-style Filipino food, family like atmosphere and with service from the heart.

It’s signature ‘Sarap to the Bones’ Max’s Fried Chicken, Kare-Kare, Bulao and other classic dishes have been on the menu since 1945. After 77 years, these are still the most sought-after dishes at any Max’s Restaurant you may visit.
