New Delhi: A video of an Indian CEO dancing with employees has earned a lot of thumbs up on Twitters, with people crediting her for boosting workplace morale. Welspun India’s CEO Dipali Goenka, 50, can be seen dancing along with her staff inside the office to the song Muqabla from the movie Street Dancer 3D. The video ends with her team applauding her performance.
The video has been viewed more than 100,000 times. Sharing the video, Chairman of RPG Enterprises Harsh Goenka said: “Rare to see a CEO dance and have fun in an office setting.”
Goenka, a self-proclaimed health freak, says she wants to foster a healthy work culture.
