President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Friday received Aleksandr Lukashenko President of Belarus, who is visiting the country to participate in the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 28), at Expo City Dubai.
