No tremor recorded in UAE, NCM says

Weather centre quashes report of tremor felt in UAE, with minor earthquake recorded in southern Iran

Abu Dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has announced that there was no tremor recorded in the UAE on Tuesday.

In a statement, the centre said that a minor earthquake measuring 2.1 on the Richter scale was recorded in the northeast of Bandar Abbas in southern Iran at 8.59pm, UAE time.
