‘Ramadan Nights’ shopping and cultural event begins Thursday in Sharjah

Discounts, chances to win prizes, food and entertainment on offer at Expo Centre Sharjah

Sharjah: The ‘Ramadan Nights’ shopping and entertainment event will be held from April 22 to May 8 at Expo Centre Sharjah.

Organised Expo Centre Sharjah, Ramadan Nights will offer deals on a range of brands and chances to win prizes. Ramadan Nights will be open for visitors from 8pm to 1am daily. Children below 12 will enter for free, while others will have to pay an entry fee of Dh5. Parking will be free at the venue.

Indoor shopping experience

Saif Mohammad Al Midfa, CEO, Expo Centre Sharjah, said: “Ramadan Nights offers the perfect indoor shopping experience. A definite shopping pattern is seen during Ramadan in the region and the Ramadan Nights, which begins a few days into Ramadan and ends just before Eid Al Fitr, is perfectly timed to tap into the surge in demand for everything that you need to observe the holy month and celebrate the ensuing festival marking the breaking of the fast.”

Discounts

Ramadan Nights will offer discounts of up to 70 per cent and a chance to win a BMW car, shopping vouchers and other prizes in raffle draws, by spending Dh100 at the stalls.

Cultural programmes

There will also be cultural programmes, traditional Emirati cuisine, a food court. More than 300 exhibitors will be displaying over 1,000 brands at nearly 10,000 square metres of exhibition space. BrandsThe products include toys, fashion, perfumes, household, footwear, handbags, cosmetics, accessories, Ramadan necessities and food items.
