January 1 will be a holiday for the public and private sector

Dubai - January 1, Tuesday, will be an official holiday for the public and private sector on the occasion of New Year. Official duty will resume on Wednesday, January 2. The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation made the announcement today.

On this occasion, the authority and ministry expressed their congratulations to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, citizens and residents.
