UAE President receives Emir of Qatar in Abu Dhabi
Sheikh Mohamed meets Sheikh Tamim, who arrived on fraternal visit on Sunday
Abu Dhabi: Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Sunday arrived in Abu Dhabi for a fraternal visit to the UAE.
Upon his arrival, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the Qatari Emir and the accompanying delegation at the Presidential Flight.
Receiving the Qatari guests alongside Sheikh Mohamed were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Also present were Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor of Special Affairs at the Presidential Court and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Airports’ Board of Directors; Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Qatar, Dr Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri, Ambassador of Qatar to the UAE, and a number of ministers and senior officials.
The Emir of Qatar is accompanied by the Personal Representative of the Emir, Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani; Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and a number of ministers and senior officials.
