Umm Al Quwain: Umm Al Quwain government employees will get a 100 per cent salary increase to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary year of the UAE’s late founding father Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The order to increase the salaries was issued by  His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain.

Shaikh Saud’s initiative follows the approach to continue to provide a decent life for UAE nationals, in line with the UAE government under the leadership of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces; and Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and the Rulers of the Emirates.
