UAE: 2 injured after gas pipe leak at restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Glass facade of the outlet was shattered in the incident on Monday

Abu Dhabi: Two people received minor injuries in a gas pipe leak at a restaurant in Abu Dhabi today, police said.
In a social media post, the police said the incident, which damaged the restaurant’s glass facade, has been “controlled” by teams from the force as well as from Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority.
The restaurant is located behind Al Falah Plaza on Sultan bin Zayed the First Street.
“The injured were transferred to the emirate’s healthcare facilities for treatment. Abu Dhabi Police wishes those injured a speedy recovery and emphasises the importance of seeking information from official sources only,” the post said.
