Basra: Iraq's second-biggest refinery resumed operations in Basra, two days after a power cut halted production, a South Oil Company official said on Saturday.
"Electricity has come back to the (Shuaiba) refinery. We are now working to put all production units back up," the official said.
Two other units are still down, the official said.
