App serves pilgrims in 100 countries, supports 10 languages offering over 120 services
Dubai: Nusuk, the official digital guide for pilgrims visiting the Holy Cities, has rolled out a series of new features aimed at enriching the spiritual journey of Umrah visitors and improving their overall experience.
The latest enhancements include access to historical and unique destinations, a tasbih counter, a Hisnul Muslim guide for daily prayers and supplications, and Qur’anic recitations from the Haramain.
Additionally, the app now offers awareness cards, interactive maps, an event and activity calendar, and a comprehensive digital guide available in multiple languages, ensuring seamless navigation and informed decision-making for visitors.
The health services section has also been upgraded to provide pilgrims with essential medical information.
Furthermore, the platform now enables service providers to electronically showcase their offerings, making it easier for Umrah pilgrims and visitors to access accommodations, transport, and other essential services.
Currently serving pilgrims from over 100 countries, the Nusuk app supports 10 languages and offers more than 120 services tailored to streamline the arrival and stay of worshippers.
It operates in coordination with 25 government entities and 10 private sector partners, in line with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation efforts and vision to integrate technology into the pilgrimage experience.
