Dubai: Qatar’s daily tally of new coronavirus cases continued to decline, with only 194 infections reported on Monday, the Ministry of Public Health said.
This brings the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 126,476.
Of the total detected cases, 2,812 are active ones, including 377 cases that are critical under intensive care.
No new fatalities have been reported during the past 24 hours, keeping the death toll at 216.
Additional 189 patients have fully recovered from the virus, pushing the total number of recoveries to 123,664. The ministry also announced that 4,751 people have tested for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested across the country to 800,519.
