Qatar today reported 207 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the country’s total number of confirmed infections to 127,765.

Dubai: Qatar today reported 207 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the country’s total number of confirmed infections to 127,765, the Ministry of Public Health said.

In its latest update on the pandemic, the ministry announced one fatality in the last 24 hours, taking the death tally to 220.

Meanwhile, 211 patients have fully recovered from the virus, pushing the total number of recoveries to 124,978.

Out of the total infections, 2,787 are active cases, including 384 that are critical and still under intensive care. A further 6,430 people have underwent PCR tests during the last 24 hours, raising the total number of people tested across the country to 831,941.
