Dubai: Qatar has confirmed the detection of 258 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the overall infections in the country to 123,963 the Ministry of Public Health said today.
One more fatality has been reported during the past 24 hours, taking the country’s death tally to 212.

Active cases are now 2,957, including 42 that are critical and 64 are seriously ill and still receiving intensive care.
A further 4,950 people conducted PCR tests during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested across the country to 739,091.
