Oman to celebrate Eid Al Fitr on Friday

Msucat: Eid Al Fitr will be celebrated in Oman on Friday after crescent moon was sighted Thursday in the north-west of the country, according to the Moon-sighting Committee.

The country’s leader Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed will offer Eid prayers at the fort mosque in Salalah in the southern Oman, according to a statement of the Diwan of Royal Court, reported Oman News Agency.
