Muscat: Two Asians, accused of murder in the UAE, have been caught by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) and handed over the UAE police, according to a press release from police here on Friday evening.
The accused, whose identity and nationality is not revealed, had allegedly fled across the border after allegedly committing the crime.
The Interpol in Abu Dhabi had informed their counterparts in Muscat about the suspects fleeing to Oman.
The two were then traced in Muscat and arrested by the officers of the Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations.
