Three siblings perish in Kuwait fire

Manama: Three siblings have perished in a fire that gutted the basement of their house in Kuwait City on Saturday.

The three siblings, all less than 10 years old, were discovered by the firefighters who had been called for the rescue following a phone report about the house in flames.

Their sister was rescued, but her condition is critical, the Al Aan web news reported.

The police are investigating the cause of the fire.
