Abdul Mohsin Al Qattan, Mohammad Al Ajmi, Fahad Al Muneer and Ahmad Al Qabandi said that the woman, who was not identified, used her Twitter account for her attacks.

"The blogger has been using the dirtiest words and expressions to describe God and Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] and his family and companions," Al Qattan said.

"She is obviously leading a campaign to undermine the values of the religion and of the society and to denigrate the Holy Book," he said, local Arabic daily Al Watan reported on Monday.

The postings are an indication of the woman's blasphemy and heresy and all Muslims should resist her allegations, he said.

"We call upon the authorities to help trace the woman and take legal measures against her," he said.
