COVID-19: Kuwait reports 475 new coronavirus cases, 4 deaths

Further 587 recoveries push recovered cases to 60,326

Dubai: Kuwait has announced 475 new coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 68,774.

Four people have died due to COVID-19 related complications, taking the death tally in the country to 465, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

In addition, COVID-19 recoveries jumped to 60,326 with 587 new infected people making full recovery.

The ministry conducted 2,452 new PCR tests over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of tests conducted to 514,051.

There are 7,983 active cases still receiving treatment, including 131 critical cases under intensive care.
