Islamabad: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's PML-N party are to join in street protests for the restoration of judges sacked by President Pervez Musharraf last November.
Sharif's party will be "part and parcel" of the so-called "long march" that lawyers have planned for June 10, Sadiqul Farooq said.
Last week, PML-N quit the coalition government after just six weeks because they were unable to restore the judges by the May 12 deadline.
The party's involvement in the protests will add to the faltering coalition government's problems.
