The bustle across the busy markets and malls of the country's capital was missing on Tuesday as people stayed away fearing a terror attack after a threat e-mail. The day also marked the third anniversary of the 2008 blasts in the city.
Fear was palpable in the air after an e-mail said a shopping complex in Delhi would be targeted on Tuesday. The e-mail claiming to be from terror outfit Indian Mujahideen was sent on September 8 to various media houses following the September 7 Delhi High Court blast that killed 13 and left over 90 injured.
