4 killed in US strike on suspected drug smuggling boat

WASHINGTON: The United States military announced that four people were killed in a strike targeting a boat suspected of drug smuggling in the eastern Pacific Ocean.

The US military command for Latin America and the Caribbean said on the X platform that the boat was involved in drug trafficking operations, and that four individuals described as drug traffickers were killed during the operation.
