UAE residents celebrate Eid Al Fitr

Dubai/Abu Dhabi: Leaders and residents across the country offered Eid prayers on Friday at various musallahs, mosques and prayer halls.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offered Eid Al Fitr prayers Friday morning at the Grand Eid Musallah in Dubai, while General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, offered prayers at the Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.

Dubai Crown Prince Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and other Shaikhs offered Eid prayers along with the Vice-President.

Joining them, a number of senior officials, citizens and residents also offered Eid prayers at the Grand Eid Musalla. All the worshippers invoked God for the divine blessings for the peace and prosperity of the country.

In Abu Dhabi, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Saif Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser Shaikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and a number of other Shaikhs also offered Eid prayers along with Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed.
