Three killed in Abu Dhabi traffic accidents

Abu Dhabi: Three people were killed and nine others injured in six traffic accidents in Abu Dhabi over the past two days, a police report said.

Colonel Hamad Adeel Al Shamsi, Director of the Abu Dhabi Police Traffic and Patrol Department, said the main cause of these accidents is due to reckless driving and speeding.

Pedestrians crossing roads from undesignated areas is another reason for accidents, he said.
