Multi-vehicle crash in Mussafah

Abu Dhabi:  A multi-vehicle accident involving an oil tanker, a truck and a water tanker occurred  on Sunday morning in Mussafah, Tarif on the Abu Dhabi road.

The oil tanker driver was taken to Al Mafraq hospital with moderate injuries. The other two drivers did not suffer serious injuries.

Colonel Jaber Al Mansouri, director of the serious injuries department in Abu Dhabi Traffic Police, stated that the accident took place due to reckless driving and not leaving enough space between vehicles.
