Sharjah Islamic Bank’s Ramadan tent activities have started

Sharjah: The first activities of the Sharjah Islamic Bank Ramadan Tent have started, with a number of religious lectures, intellectual and cultural talks as well as social activities.

The two-week annual event is being organised for the sixth consecutive year. This year’s programme included a recital of a hymn produced by Sharjah Islamic Bank as part of its corporate social responsibility programme called “Atal Hilalak” — Your Crescent Appears — which expresses the joy of Muslims on the advent of Ramadan, the role of Ramadan in the life of Emirati, Arab, and Islamic communities, and the holy month’s meaning of charity, mercy, humanity and peace.
