Khalid Bin Karam receives news of death of his mother and sisters

Sharjah: Sharjah resident Khalid Bin Karam, 32, who survived a fire incident on October 22, is recovering well and has been moved from the ICU, doctors said on Tuesday.

His mother and two sisters, including Ameera Bin Karam, the late chairperson of Sharjah Business Women Council, died in the incident,

An official at Al Qasimi Hospital told Gulf News on Tuesday that Khalid is out of danger and was moved from the ICU to a medical ward.

On Wednesday, he was informed about the death of his mother and sisters.

The incident occurred on October 22 in Al Qadisiyah area and resulted in the death of his mother and two sisters.

Meanwhile, police investigations into the incident are completed and the results will be announced in the coming days.
